Agilitas Agilitas IT Solutions has appointed Sara Wilkes as its new CEO. With over 18 years of experience in the technology channel and holding the position of Agilitas’ chief operating officer since the beginning of the


year, Wilkes’ appointment represents the next phase in the company’s ambitious growth strategy. In her role as CEO, Wilkes will focus on driving Agilitas’


strategic vision, with a strong emphasis on refining the customer experience to ensure it is deeply embedded in the organisation’s culture. Blancco Blancco Technology Group has named Lou DiFruscio as chief executive officer of Blancco, succeeding Matt Jones who will remain as an advisor to the company and its board of directors aſter more than six years at the company’s helm. DiFruscio has more than three decades of experience driving


efficient growth across a number of soſtware platforms and most recently served as CRO at Invicti Security, which has over 3,500 customers in 115 countries. Prior to Invicti, he served in various sales roles at SmartBear Soſtware, including as CRO, and over the course of his tenure, helped SmartBear more than triple revenue to over $200 million through organic and inorganic initiatives.

HP has appointed Neil Sawyer as senior vice president and managing director, Northwest Europe, which spans the United Kingdom & Ireland (UK&I), Benelux and Nordics. In this new role, he will report to Dave McQuarrie,


HP’s chief commercial officer. Sawyer has over 22 years of experience in the technology


industry across HP and other leading technology brands. Most recently, under his leadership as managing director for the UK&I, Sawyer drove growth in target segments and was instrumental in driving HP’s strategy in key areas of the company’s business. In addition, Sawyer is a passionate advocate for talent development with a focus on diversity, equity and inclusion. Sawyer is a member of the non-governmental organisation Tech


UK, which represents the broader topical issues and opportunities for the technology sector. He shares findings and opinions with the UK Government and the wider technology stakeholder groups in the UK.

Sophos Sophos has appointed Andy Travers as regional vice president for EMEA North. Travers will drive growth through strengthening existing relationships and creating new opportunities with Sophos’ already strong customer base of more than 600,000 organisations worldwide. Travers will work closely with Sophos’ Managed Service Providers (MSPs) to ensure that customers are equipped with the right security solutions to combat cyber threats, such as ransomware, data breaches and other persistent cyberattacks. Prior to joining Sophos, Travers was chief revenue officer (CRO) at


OSF Digital, where he worked to grow revenue streams and maximise profitability. Prior to that, he led sales organisations at Exclusive Networks, Juniper Networks, F5, and Fortinet. Leaning on his 25 years’ experience, Travers will be focused on


driving revenue growth for partners and MSPs, prioritising Sophos’ complete portfolio of Managed Detection and Response (MDR) services and endpoint, network, email, and cloud security.
