Bennett takes on the role of head of channel sales – education. Te appointments form part of an evolution of Midwich’s sales leadership structure, aimed at creating clearer focus within core channels and delivering stronger market insight, faster decision-making and more tailored support for partners. Both Barnes and Bennett bring extensive experience and


established relationships within their respective markets. Having built strong reputations inside the business and among customers, they are positioned to lead the next phase of channel growth.


HP HP has named Mark Davitt as its new UK&I Channel Director, succeeding Neil MacDonald, who has been appointed Vice President and General Manager for HP’s Commercial Channel business in the US. MacDonald’s move follows more


than five years leading HP’s UK&I Channel organisation, during which


he strengthened partner relationships, supported commercial performance and advanced initiatives including HP Amplify. HP said it remains committed to its UK&I channel business and partner ecosystem as he transitions to his new role. Davitt brings more than 25 years of technology industry


experience, including 13 years at HP across senior roles in Commercial and Consumer channels and End User. His background spans PC & Attach, Print, Supplies, Managed Services and Contractual Services, giving him broad insight into HP’s channel and customer landscape. For the past five years, he has led HP UK&I Retail Channel,


driving premium growth, deepening retailer partnerships and delivering milestones such as the launch of HP’s Omni branding and achieving world-leading Tank share.

and Ireland, a role she held for just over four years. She brings more than 22 years of IT distribution experience, all in sales and business management, and joins a major accounts team dedicated to driving high-quality service for partners and supporting TD Synnex’s position as a trusted advisor and leading solutions aggregator for the IT channel.


Westcon-Comstor Westcon-Comstor has named Olya Scekaturova as Vice President of Regional Sales for the UK and Ireland, strengthening its European sales organisation under a unified operating model. Te distributor said the appointment will


support accelerated growth in UKI, deepen partner and vendor engagement and drive


consistent sales execution across its Westcon and Comstor businesses, which now operate under a single integrated structure. Scekaturova joins from Black Box, where she served as Vice


President for UKI and Europe, following earlier leadership roles at Computacenter and Insight Enterprises. With more than 15 years’ experience in sales and technology services, she has led transformation programmes, delivered sustained revenue growth and built large, high-performing teams. She is also a certified change management practitioner, multiple channel award winner and STEM Ambassador. In her new role, Scekaturova will report to Stéphane Reboud, Senior


Vice President, Sales, Europe, whose reshaped regional leadership team is now complete. John Nolan becomes Senior Director, Vendor Sales, supporting the unified UKI operation.


Mitel Mitel has named Simon Jones as Sales Director for its UK & Ireland Indirect Route to Market, strengthening the vendor’s channel-focused strategy across the region. Based in London, Jones will lead Mitel’s Channel Sales organisation and Indirect Enterprise Customer teams, with a remit to accelerate partner growth and support


customers modernising their communications environments. Jones joins the business with senior leadership experience from


Atos, Maintel and Red Box, bringing a background in indirect sales, business development and client acquisition across the UK, Ireland and EMEA. His appointment underlines Mitel’s continued investment in the UK & Ireland market and its commitment to a partner-led approach.
