becomes all the more important to recognise and celebrate all the hard work of businesses and individuals have done, and once again this year’s BikeBiz Awards has done just that. Retailer Cycle Revolution - which has stores in locations including Colchester, Chelmsford, Ipswich and Norwich - won Omnichannel Retailer of the Year at the 2023 awards, one of the awards voted for by the expert judging panel. Speaking to BikeBiz, director Darren Thomas described winning as a delight - but also bittersweet. “It was an absolute delight for all of the team to receive recognition from our friends and colleagues in acknowledgement for all their efforts, yet at the same time bittersweet as the market had begun to turn across all channels and turn at rip speed,” said Thomas. “With abundant supply levels diving competitiveness, impacting margin.
