you or bought that product, we’re bringing in a model solution where you can actually monetise that straight through Discord, straight back to you - and again, there’s no charge. We are innovating solutions and opportunities to be
able to bring that value back to our partners. And to be honest, that’s why our partners don’t tend to leap once we have that continuity point. Because once you’re there, one product becomes three, becomes ten, and they’re working with us all the time, and that’s where the hard work is; in making sure that you are bringing those communities together, and it’s nowhere more difficult than here in Europe, because it’s [about] languages and localisation and compliance and everything else. With our overriding solution we protect you against any fraud. We can ensure you’re compliant on whatever territory the products are sold to, and also make sure that you are tax efficient in regards to how you monetise. Now being able to do that on a worldwide basis, we are held to such a high

threshold of making sure that we do all of those in the correct way that it is a centre point of our offering.
Next year is Xsolla’s 20th anniversary. Will there be time to look back as well as forward? I’m sure there will be. I think there’ll be a lot of celebration. The fact that this US-based organisation has evolved and grown and become number one in the marketplace. But it is important to reflect on the journey and on how we got to where we are today. We are constantly holding ourselves to account in regards to whether we are doing the best we can and what the best solutions are. Because one size can’t fit all, so we have to make sure that we have an understanding what the localised needs are, to be able to then take that to market in a better, more empathic way, to make sure people can work with us and continue to evolve, whether they’re in Istanbul, Dublin, or in Paris. We have to make sure we are attentive to all of our partners.
