LONDON BASED WARP DIGITAL are an independent development studio, working on a mix of console ports, co-development as well as working on some ideas of their own. Warp made their name through porting beloved indie titles such as Return of the
Obra Dinn, For the King and Ruiner. Other titles include Conan Exiles, Sea of Thieves and the massively successful Metal: Hellsinger. Co-development allows for Warp to have their names on AAA titles whilst still retaining the personable small company work environment. With a range of team sizes and projects, the variety of titles keeps the work fun and fresh. Currently they are working on titles as large as Funcom’s Dune: Awakening, and a few ports, including the indie smash hit Choo Choo Charles. In a post-pandemic world, Warp has adapted their workplace, offering hybrid, fully
remote (both U.K. based and abroad), and hot desking for those who like sporadic office visits – whatever works best for you. The studio has a social fund initiative to encourage meet ups, as well as quarterly social events and wrap parties, highly valuing face-to-face time as a semi-remote company. Building a strong team-oriented culture is key to fostering creativity and innovation, allowing for open and honest communication.
