WE’RE LUCKY TO HAVE A VARIED PORTFOLIO, allowing our teams to try their hands at different genres. We had the honour of bringing Minecraft Dungeons, Prison Architect, Goat Simulator, RimWorld and Rust to new platforms and audiences. We have developed a strong reputation for our technical skills, working on games such as the LEGO Harry Potter series (PS4/Xbox One/Switch) and Crackdown 3 (Windows 10) and we are currently working with Bethesda to bring new adventures to Fallout 76, amongst many other exciting, unannounced titles. We’re a truly people-focused organisation with a healthy development culture: we allow no crunch and all extra hours are pre-agreed, paid and carried out on a voluntary basis. We believe that by caring for our employees and nurturing them, we help them give their best at work. As an example, with the increase in the cost of living last year in the UK, employees were given the same permanent salary uplift. This type of initiative has earned the company several Best Places to Work Awards. We want to make it sustainable for any game developer to pursue their dream career and enjoy a fulfilling personal life at the same time. Learn more about us at:
