Splash Damage has been a pillar of the UK game development scene for 20 years. The studio has worked on some of the world’s biggest IP from Halo and Gears, to Batman and Wolfenstein, while building its own unique worlds in games like Brink and Dirty Bomb. This is the most exciting era in Splash Damage’s history and they’re looking for

talented and ambitious people to help realise their ambitions. Tencent’s acquisition has super-charged the studio. They now have complete

control over their projects, and have been bolstered by the recent addition of a full publishing team. Splash Damage’s current projects are TRANSFORMERS: REACTIVATE, revealed

with a stunning trailer at The Game Awards in 2022, and Project Astrid: an exciting AAA open-world survival game, developed in partnership with leading content creators Sacriel and shroud. Both are being built in Unreal Engine 5, and you’ll be encouraged to make your

mark and drive these groundbreaking new projects. Meanwhile, the studio’s bespoke learning and development platform will help you develop your skills and career. Based in Bromley, Splash Damage offers on-site and hybrid options, a thriving,

welcoming and inclusive studio culture, a wide-ranging benefits package and a generous bonus scheme.
