The project was a collaboration between professional chocolatiers, customers and Belcolade’s own experts to create a formulation that would meet the needs of both professionals and consumers. The result is a plant-based, dairy-alike, Belgian-made chocolate that is highly versatile and suitable for use by chocolatiers as well as artisans and large food manufacturers.
