H!P’s Salted Honeycomb Bar and Salty Pretzel Oat M!lk chocolate bar
Launched earlier in 2022, the Salted Honeycomb bar was inspired by a classic fl avour combination, with an added salty twist. As a vegan-friendly brand, there are no bees involved in this bar: our honeycomb is made simply by using sugar, glucose syrup and sodium bicarbonate. We then blend this with 41% single-origin Colombian cocoa, oat milk and sea salt. The result is a bar that is creamy, crunchy, sweet and salty all at once.
We prioritise our sustainable values without compromising
on taste: all our chocolate is ethically-sourced from a family- run cocoa farming business in Bogota, our packaging is plastic- free and our chocolate completely plant-based. The thick texture and sweet taste of oat milk is perfect for creating creamy chocolate without the dairy, and its environmental impact is signifi cantly lower than that of cow’s milk. The Salty Pretzel Bar is our best-selling fl avour. Chocolate and pretzels may not be a traditional mix, but the combination of smooth chocolate with salty, crunchy pretzels creates a moreish taste and delicious texture. We love combining sweet and salty fl avours, and pretzel pieces are the perfect way to introduce a subtle salty crunch. All our bars contain a blend of 41% single-origin Colombian cocoa with oat m!lk, which creates a chocolate that is both creamy (without the cream) and full of rich fl avour. The use of single-origin cocoa is important for both taste and sustainability: using pure Colombian cocoa gives our chocolate a distinct, nutty fl avour, as well as making it easier to control our carbon footprint and work closely with our cocoa providers who share our ethical values. When we tracked our carbon footprint with My Emissions,
we discovered that, per kilogram, our chocolate has a carbon footprint over 50% lower than chocolate made with dairy milk.

collection of from-free and vegan

products to its core range with the launch of Choccy Rocks in March 2022. To bring the range to market, Moo Free invested in a new panning machine, which allows each ball to be evenly coated with dairy-free “milk” chocolate.
