ur goal at T21 is to provide a truly independent training resource dedicated to helping people who work in the UK’s consumer electronics industry achieve their
full potential; whether that’s a sales assistant on the shop floor, a store manager settling into a new role, a customer service advisor on the phone, or a company rep who travels the world on planes, trains and automobiles, we aim to help all of you provide the best customer service whilst hitting your sales targets and business goals.
Everyone who works at T21 has a long- standing history in the CE industry, which means that we know its biggest issues and challenges. We believe that our experience and our passion for this industry enables us to deliver training that actually works.
So what do we do? A lot of what we do is based around understanding your own mindset and approach to your work as much as it’s about learning sales hacks and techniques. You can call it training if you like, but it’s much more than simply learning a process and being able to repeat it. It’s about looking at behaviours, both yours and your customer’s. Often it’s about changing the way you think, the way you prepare for and manage every sales conversation. Importantly it’s about giving sales champions of all backgrounds, abilities and levels of experience the means to discover ways
in which you can develop your skills and take responsibility for each and every outcome.
E-learning and Konkor.
As well as delivering courses in traditional, group-based sessions with workshops, games and other learning activities, we also build premium e-learning courses on almost any subject. Since the pandemic forced us to focus online we’ve created hundreds of interactive web-based training courses packed with rich media, films, games, rewards and high levels of interactivity for a range of different businesses across the globe. Last year, to make e-learning more affordable and accessible, we launched Konkor, a digital learning platform which quickly enables any business to kick-start their own e-learning programmes.
