Long-term aspirations
GDHA has made major operational changes recently, including the move to a new HQ and the partnership with Pacifica. “These recent operational changes are not isolated. They are part of a much wider transformation,” explains Mr Spencer.

These are legacy brands with a huge amount of good will and trust, that it is up to us to nurture. “Secondly, the ‘seemed to vanish’ comment highlights a clear communication breakdown. So our renewed focus is on strengthening retail partnerships through consistent presence and communication. We must be proactive, visible, and committed to supporting our network. “Nothing can be taken for granted. We must be confident but humble in our approach - confident in our brands and vision, yet humble enough to really listen.”
