PREVIEW But given we have all been through the COVID-19
pandemic since the last KBB show took place, visitors can be assured that there are new safety guidelines for this year’s event. For example, the aisles have been widened to four metres across the show floor to allow for social distancing – should people prefer to by the time they reach the show. Also, physical visitor and exhibitor badges are being
replaced by digital badges that can be accessed on any smart phone. All visitors will be encouraged to register online rather than registering when they arrive at the event. KBB Birmingham Sales Director, Jon Johnston,

comments: “We are looking forward to reuniting the KBB industry for four days of unrivalled networking and specifying. “For many of our exhibitors this will be the first
opportunity they’ve had to showcase their latest products and services, following an unprecedented two years – and KBB offers an unbeatable opportunity for our community to meet in-person with valued partners, colleagues and visitors. We can’t wait to welcome everyone back.”
KBB Show returns for 2022!
KBB Birmingham takes place on 6-9 March 2022, taking place at the NEC in Birmingham featuring over 300 exhibitors showing the latest innovations and designs for the kitchen, bedroom and bathrooms sector.
Informa Markets, the organiser of the biennial event,
is anticipating over 15,000 visitors this year over the four days. Visitors should expect to see exhibitors offering a first glimpse at their latest product ranges and services.
New built-in range from Haier
At this year’s KBB Show, Haier will announce the UK launch of its new built-in range of appliances. Exhibiting in Hall 19, Stand L70, the brand will host a live cooking event, including a special guest appearance from a well-known TV celebrity! As well as this, Haier will introduce an all-new built-in connected cooking
range – “From Cooking to Amazing”; this will be shown for the very first time and visitors will be able to see the new technological features across the range of connected ovens, hobs and hoods. Also on show will be some of Haier’s high-tech integrated and freestanding laundry and cooling appliances. Jim McEwan, Haier’s Chief Commercial Officer UK and Ireland, says: “We
are delighted to be exhibiting at KBB. We are thrilled to be launching our new Haier range of built-in connected appliances to our customers and can’t wait to see everyone in person at what’s sure to be a fantastic event for the industry.”
