the realities of the business. When a franchisor is confident enough to be honest about the types of people that struggle within their business, it shows self-awareness and maturity. Their answer might reveal whether the system is highly process-driven,
requires strong sales skills, or depends on community relationships. Understanding the “wrong fit” helps you assess if the business truly matches your personality, values, and working style, to save frustration on both sides down the line.
