These conversations are so valuable, not just for reviewing how we’re tracking against our sales and membership targets, but also to make sure we’re aligned on brand updates and new marketing initiatives. Anytime Fitness often rolls out new tools and resources, and I like to make sure we’re implementing them effectively and staying ahead of the curve. One of my favourite parts of being in


welcoming, high-standard environment where members feel supported and inspired. Coming from a background in hospitality management, I’ve brought those same values of service, cleanliness, and consistency into running my club and it’s made all the difference. I typically spend one or two days a week

working on-site at the gym. When I arrive, I like to start with a walk-through of the club. I’m very detail-oriented - something I picked up in my hospitality days, so I pay close attention to cleanliness, the condition of the equipment, and the overall feel of the space. I want our club to feel just as polished and professional as a high-end hotel. That means clean bathrooms, tidy training zones, and a team that greets members with warmth and enthusiasm.


the club is chatting with members. I love fi nding out how their training is going, what equipment they’re using most, and if they have any suggestions on how we can improve. These insights are incredibly valuable, not just for improving the member journey, but for informing decisions around equipment upgrades or class offerings. It’s also just nice to stay connected to the people who make our club what it is. When I’m not physically in the club, I


s a franchisee with Anytime Fitness, no two days ever look exactly the same, but every day is driven by the same goal: creating a


work from home, but I’m still very hands- on. I stay in close contact with the team via calls and messages, checking in on daily operations and making sure everything is running smoothly. I also use this time to focus on strategic growth. Right now, I’m actively searching for a second site. That means researching locations, analysing demographics, attending property viewings, and meeting with agents to fi nd the perfect space for my next club. I want the second site to refl ect the same high standards and community we’ve worked hard to build. Owning an Anytime Fitness franchise


is incredibly rewarding. It allows me to combine my passion for customer experience with the independence of running my own business in an industry that I love. Whether I’m on the gym fl oor, supporting my team, or looking for new opportunities, I love the variety and the impact I can make each day. 
