aul Rees is a Zerodrytime franchisee based in Solihull, West Midlands. He says: “I was a police
officer for years before seeral short ter obs fro care worer to drier to postman. Then, I attended The National Franchise Exhibition in Birmingham on a day off – more out of curiosity than anything else. Following a chat with the approachable
and inforatie erodrytie tea found the inforation on products and serice were clear and concise, and presented a logical way forward to start a business. erything was eplained that day
and after a followup with erodrytie a friend and I decided to take the plunge in a joint enterprise. The process was quick and smooth. The initial two weeks’ training and support were ery thorough and left me feeling upbeat and ready to start work. A fortunate quirk of fate meant it was the busy Christmas period, and we were asked to stay on a further two weeks to work with the Newcastle team. This additional intensie two wees was a aluable bonus. Once we started our own business, the ongoing support was excellent – from the head office tea to the fellow franchisees. The standout moment so far would
hae to be the arrial of oid and the initial thought that we would 'fold' if things carried on for too long. As it transpired, we suried the initial locdown and found ourseles etreely busy between further lockdowns. This helped us to pull through without any major issues. No goernent loans were reuired. Operating in the cleaning sector
means that work is on a continuous loop, so if a client uses your serices you can eep their custom for years, as they may need you to do the same work onths later or reuire a different, or additional serice. ranchisees need to be physically fit able to do similar work daily,

and willing to keep working at things. en if eerything sees to be going smoothly, always put safety measures in place (spare kit etc) and keep marketing your business locally. I'd recommend franchising –
and doing so with Zerodrytime – without hesitation … take all the wisdom onboard that you can from those in the industry, and particularly when the sae adice comes from a number of different sources! As a newcomer to running a business, I found this inaluable.
