to explore franchise opportunities in the property sector and met Ethical Property Partners; a property investment company founded by Frank Flegg. Royce comments: “I was impressed that Frank was not only presenting a seminar, but also available at the company’s stand for face-to-face discussions. Frank explained to me what Ethical Property Partners were doing and answered all my questions.” Royce and his wife Ella became
franchisees of Ethical Property Partners in December 2018 and, impressively, within 12 months had added seven properties to their portfolio, with further purchases in motion. “The beauty of the franchise model is that you know a proven

The network of other Ethical Property Partner members offers a hub of mentoring, support and accountability which you just don’t have access to if you go it alone. “The model has not only helped
us achieve an income, we also own assets, and we have a business we enjoy running together. “As importantly, we now have time

two days of “intensive but really fun” training which covered lesson plans and classes, as well as the business side of operations. This was complemented by access to Boogie Beat’s bespoke online hub where franchisees can access training videos and the music used in sessions. Katy has been able to manage the launch of her business on her own terms, choosing to run just a couple of pop-up classes in the busy school summer holidays before rolling out regular classes in her local area. “A franchise with Boogie Beat has provided just what I need.
