commuting distance of their stores due to the hands-on approach we expect them to have. Investing in one of our stores means you become an ambassador of a big-name brand with all its support, while still keeping the freedom of being your own boss.
What advice would you give to someone thinking of investing in their fi rst franchise? Make sure you get to know us throughout the candidate process and do your research. Franchising is a huge commitment – not only do we need to make sure you are the right fi t for us, but you need to make sure we’re the right fi t for you. We are going to be partners so it is essential that we are all on the same page.
What are your plans for the future? Our entire retail estate consists of just over 400 stores and we aim to have 200 of those stores franchised by April 2020. We will also be concentrating on providing our franchisees with the best support possible so we can help them achieve their goals. l
