Build your own healthcare franchise with Kare Plus’s unique and proven multi-revenue model

INVESTMENT LEVEL: FROM £40,000 S

ince it was established in 1989, Kare Plus has gone from supplying nurses in the public healthcare sector to a network of over 90 offi ces providing

qualifi ed, exceptional and passionate healthcare staff for care establishments and homes across the UK. A wide reach combined with the high volume of care hours – over two million in 2017 – go to prove that clinical quality and profi tability can go hand in hand. With establishment-based care, homecare and the soon-to-launch live- in care service to choose from, Kare Plus franchisees are able to tailor their businesses off ering based on territorial demand. This unique franchise model grants business owners a level of freedom and creativity that is unmatched by other healthcare franchises.

The level of variety within the model grants Kare Plus franchisees the freedom to build their business around the demand in their territory. Franchisees will work towards delivering homecare and establishment services, but they are able to tailor the focus of their franchise depending on territorial demand. With the launch of live-in care also imminent, Kare Plus franchisees will soon have more room for expansion than ever before.

Each new franchisee must undergo a week of training that covers every aspect of operating a Kare Plus franchise. In addition, there are also supplementary training sessions available that correspond to the various diff erent services; such training sessions and support help to empower business owners to run their Kare Plus business with confi dence. Franchisees are supported by a team of experienced individuals at head offi ce as well as a business development manager that works with them on a one-to-one basis. This support is something that every franchisee has access to throughout their Kare Plus journey. Dominic Rothwell, group director of operations for Kare Plus, has spent several years refi ning the Kare Plus support structure. Dominic says: “The support that

our head offi ce team provides to over 90 offi ces across the UK is nothing short of excellent. We want to ensure that each and every business owner is empowered to succeed, because when they succeed, so does Kare Plus.”

After almost 30 years of providing compliant and passionate healthcare staff to establishments across the UK, the Kare Plus network is expanding faster than ever before.
