Google’s new London HQ will be its first wholly owned and designed building outside the US. Continuously cascading work environments will connect Googlers across multiple floors ‒ sandwiched between terraced gardens on the roof and market halls, auditoriums and shops on the ground.

Located 20 kilometers south of Phnom Penh, Techo International Airport will offer a new vision for Cambodia’s capital. Inspired by local heritage and responsive to the tropical climate, the airport aspires to be one of the greenest in the world. Its sustainable design approach combines the latest technology with local craftsmanship whilst minimizing running costs. A photovoltaic farm will provide nearly all its energy needs. Retail and dining will be provided by Lagardère Travel Retail, in partnership with HSC Group, and will include a food hall, fine dining and pop-ups.

Te 24,000-square-meter Center of Mediterranean Culture will include an aquarium, a number of galleries for both temporary and permanent exhibitions, new multipurpose conference facilities for the city, including an auditorium for performances, public presentations, and business gatherings, and new learning areas for the area’s schools. Recreational facilities will include a bookstore and a cafe and bar with a view of the port.
