e had a fantastic start to 2025 with the FCSI Te Americas Symposium
in February. It was a great opportunity to learn from one another on topics such as technology and decarbonization, and get insights from Gen Z and Gen Alpha. Tese younger generations value real, in- person connections – and the foodservice consulting industry is perfectly positioned to deliver. Our EPiC group, representing the newest generation of

for one of the most exciting moments on our calendar: the FCSI Asia Pacific Division Conference in Vietnam in July. Hoi An will host our global
community from 24-27 July 2025, and we could not have asked for a more inspiring setting. Tis year’s theme, CIRCLE 2025: Vietnam, reflects our ongoing commitment to connection,

consultants, is thriving. Tey’ve shared their successes with other FCSI divisions, inspiring momentum worldwide. Teir next gathering is planned for August in Nashville, where they’ll explore Vanderbilt University projects in master planning, higher education, and stadium design. It promises to be a rewarding experience. We’re also thrilled to celebrate
consultant excellence at NRA Show during the Dealer of the Year and All-Industry Awards
Gala. Congratulations to: Top Achiever Consultant: Kathleen Held of Cini-Little; Hall of Fame Recipient: Lenny Condenzio FCSI of Ricca; Facility Design Project of the Year: Banyan Dining Hall at BYU–Hawaii. Our outstanding consultants make us proud! Ahead, the FCSI APD
Conference in Vietnam and the FCSI LATAM Conference in Cancún, Mexico, will provide even more opportunities to connect and shape the future.

learning, and growth within the industry. We’re expecting 200 attendees from across the world, including consultants, Allied members, and industry leaders, all coming together to exchange ideas, spark new partnerships, and explore what’s next. We have curated a strong lineup of speakers and sessions that are thought-provoking and practical, with a mix of global perspectives and local insights. Networking opportunities
will be woven throughout the program, alongside evening events that highlight the warmth, beauty, and incredible hospitality of Vietnam. Whether you are a returning member or joining us for the first time, this conference is your opportunity to reconnect with old friends, meet new ones, and be inspired by the energy of our growing community in the region.. I look forward to welcoming you all to Vietnam this July.
almost missed the deadline to write this welcome note... My sincere thanks therefore to Mike Jones for his gentle reminders and endless patience. I suspect many of our members know this feeling all too well. Volunteering for FCSI requires time that is often hard to carve out from our busy professional lives. Many FCSI members are highly successful in their careers and in great demand by their clients. Tat makes it all the more remarkable
and deeply appreciated that so many of you dedicate your valuable time to our network and to our shared success – without any expectation of reward. So, I want to take this
opportunity to thank everyone who drives our projects forward, raises our profile, and fosters collaboration and cooperation within FCSI. Fortunately, our network is not just about work. It’s also about learning together, sharing industry insights, and, of course,

having fun. Our conferences and regional events offer opportunities for all of this and more. On that front, I look forward to seeing many of you in Vietnam at the FCSI APD Conference – learning together, enjoying great food, and, most importantly, connecting with friends and colleagues from around the world. For more information, please
reach out to Ben, Jennifer or Elonique. Maybe there is some space left for you to join.
