The women’s soccer team kicked off the season in front of the largest crowd ever at Dickson Field for the first D1 match in the university’s history.
Aug. 27, 2022
Melanie Welsing '23 won the first ASUN Indoor Track and Field Individual Championship and collected three more ASUN Track and Field Championship titles at the Outdoor Championships.
The women’s volleyball team reached a historic milestone as the first Queens team to win a D1 competition (they defeated Stonehill College).
October 2022
Swimmer Kayla Tennant '22 was named Queens' first-ever finalist for the 2022 NCAA Woman of the Year. (see sidebar on page 15)
Nov. 7, 2022
Baseball’s Nick Brassington '21, MBA '23 was featured on ESPN’s "SportsCenter Top 10" highlighting a play against South Carolina before the Royals collected a pivotal win over App State in March.
