The City offers rebates and incentives for customers who install certain low water use devices and to convert to a desert (xeriscape) landscape.


RESIDENTIAL CUSTOMERS 6 Irrigation Controller $50 6 Plumbing (toilet/showerhead) $75/$5 6 Landscape Conversions – Xeriscape up to $400 6 Clothes Washer $100


NON-RESIDENTIAL CUSTOMERS (HOAS, SCHOOLS, COMMERCIAL)


6 “Smart” Irrigation Controllers $200 6 Landscape Conversion – Xeriscape up to $3,000

FREE Landscape Classes Attend a sustainable landscape class and learn how to create a healthy and vibrant landscape that uses water wisely. Advance registration is required, as space is limited. Class may be canceled due to low registration. Register by calling (623) 333-4400 or via email at eavila@avondaleaz.gov.
