DECADES OF DRIVE FOR ONE BIG WIN WHAT BEING A RED ROSE WINNER MEANS TO US

Getting their hands on a Red Rose Award meant far more than just a win for Skelmersdale-based specialist vehicles provider NRG Riverside.

For a business that prides itself on its team and people culture, lifting the Large Business trophy felt like a shared moment of pride – one embraced by the close knit Riverside family.

That sense of affection was clear with staff passing the award around, captured on camera, and even tucking it up in bed for the night – a gesture that showed how much it meant to the team.

Amber Greenhalgh, chief revenue officer, says she was ‘bursting with pride’ picking up the prize.

The team attending the awards night included regional managers, depot managers and operational teams from NRG Riverside.

She said: “Sitting with the northern team and watching them jump out of their seats as they announced our names as winners was a very proud and unforgettable moment.”
