The firm also won the Made in Lancashire award for highlighting craftmanship at its best. And that is certainly something to shout about.

Aside from the Red Rose Awards, the pages of this issue of Lancashire Business View are again filled with inspiring county success stories.

Heath Groves, founder of Sundown Solutions, explains the thinking behind the latest chapter in his business journey and the high-profile deal that has the tech sector sitting up and taking notice.

In total 24 awards were handed out across the night, covering specific sectors as well as recognising achievements such as customer service and community impact.

alongside our coverage of the biggest night in Lancashire’s business calendar.

The big winners were Dennis Eagle and Darwen Terracotta who came away with two awards each. They, like all the entrants to the awards, are successful businesses not afraid to shout about their work.

And we also take a detailed look at Lancashire’s emerging growth plan and its aim to create more economic success for the county.

Hidden gems in Lancashire? Not if we have anything to do with it.
