Immortelle, also known as Helichrysum italicum, thrives on the rugged, sun-drenched island of Pag, Croatia. The plant flourishes in the island’s dry, rocky terrain, where its silvery leaves and bright yellow flowers dot the landscape. Pag’s unique microclimate, characterised by long sunny days, strong winds and minimal rainfall, creates ideal growing conditions for this hardy, aromatic flower.
