Services, which declined by 18%, but this was on the back of a 43% rise the previous year. Telecom Services was the third-biggest spend category
in travel last year with £386 million, but was in fact the second-largest category for UK-wide industries. Spend on Hardware in 2023 totalled £108 million,
dipping £1 million from the total of 2022. This spend category recorded the third-highest growth percentage of all.
