Italy’s Cinque Terre villages are listed by Unesco


Seabourn to help protect Unesco heritage sites for another five years


Seabourn is extending a partnership with Unesco to help protect World Heritage Sites. The luxury line said its passengers had contributed more than $1 million to Unesco since 2014. The five-year extension will continue to foster wider support and understanding


in the travel industry and among travellers for Unesco’s mission of safeguarding and promoting the world’s cultural and natural heritage. Optional Seabourn excursions to Unesco World Heritage Sites include a small


donation to the organisation. The line offers more than 250 trips to more than 170 Unesco-designated sites and has also created special world heritage discovery tours at several ports. Seabourn president Richard Meadows said: “We share a view that the

Luxury river cruise line AmaWaterways has added three itineraries and a land extension to its 2020 Europe, Asia & Africa brochure. They include two on the 156-passenger AmaSiena, ÜhiVh Üill join Ìhi yiiÌ in July. Treasures of the Main & Rhine, from Nuremberg to Amsterdam (from £2,480) and Vineyards of the Rhine & Moselle, from Amsterdam to Luxembourg (from £1,657), will be available on the new ship, as well as on AmaDante. One of the latest >``iÌionà Ìo Ìhi lini½Ã yiiÌ] AmaMagna, will sail the new seven-night Magna on the Danube cruise between Vilshofen, Germany, and Budapest, Hungary. Caribtours has added cruises from luxury line Seabourn to its Our Beautiful World brochure. The operator, which also features Silversea Cruises and Star Clippers, has also introduced a Boutique Collection range.
