WHAT ARE THE DETAILS OF FREE AT SEA? With Free at Sea we are simplifying our price structure by offering two price levels per category:

Base fare, includes a wide variety of services with unparalleled dining options, award-winning entertainment and modern recreational facilities.
• Your customers have the opportunity to design their ideal cruise experience by opting for the Free at Sea price level which includes the choice of two offers. They can personalise their holiday and choose from a Premium Beverage Package, Shore Excursion Credits, Speciality Dining Package, Internet Package, and Friends & Family option.
Free at Sea is available to guests one and two in all stateroom categories, except Concierge Staterooms (available on board Norwegian Joy), Suites and The Haven-Suites, where all options are already included, except Family and Friends Offer which is only applicable on select sailings.

OFFERS? Two offers are included, but guests may choose to buy more if they wish. However, additional time-limited promotions might see more choices being included or additional benefits becoming available from time to time. Guests booking The Haven By Norwegian® no additional cost.

Guests one and two will receive one Internet login, which can be used to log on to two devices. The same login credentials cannot be used in parallel on more than two devices.
DO ALL GUESTS IN THE STATEROOM HAVE TO TAKE THE SAME OFFERS?
The first and second person in the stateroom qualify for the Free at Sea package. Both guests need to select the same offers.
WHAT IS THE FREE AT SEA PRODUCT FOR SOLO TRAVELLERS? Guests travelling in Studios and staterooms on a single-occupancy basis receive the same Free at Sea choices for one guest.
CAN GUESTS MAKE AMENDMENTS TO THE OFFERS THEY HAVE TAKEN?

HOW DO I BOOK FREE AT SEA?
When searching for the best available fare, the first price shown will be the base fare. By selecting the applicable promo code (list available in the agent section) you add the customer’s Free at Sea choices to the booking.
