After nine years and more than 100 professional photoshoots, Travel Weekly’s Cover Stars competition is celebrating its 10th anniversary in style with a spectacular VIP trip and partnership. For the 10th and final edition of our flagship

We are also delighted to be partnering again with Gold Medal, which will fly our winners to Florida in style with Virgin Atlantic. Lucy Huxley, editor-in-chief of Travel

Weekly Group, said: “As we celebrate our 50th anniversary in 2019, we have reiterated our commitment to ensuring our readers are at the heart of everything we do, and there is no better example of this than our Cover Stars competition. “Over the past decade, we have been proud to put our frontline readers front and centre of our

magazine, with an agent Cover Star appearing every month to talk about their experiences.” She added: “As we continue to develop new

ways to celebrate and feature our readers, we felt our 10th edition of Cover Stars would be a fitting finale, and we couldn’t have hoped for a more supportive partner than Walt Disney World Resort, which will offer some incredible locations for our final 12 cover shoots.” Peter Welch, vice-president at Disney Destinations International UK & EMEA, said: “We are thrilled Walt Disney World Resort in Florida will be providing the backdrop for the 10th edition of Travel Weekly’s Cover Stars. “Trade continues to be an important part of the UK business, and we are very proud of the strong partnerships that we have with key trade partners who sell our packages and tickets. “UK agents play an especially important
