An exciting national initiative with Jobcentre Plus aims to create thousands of opportunities for hospitality jobseekers

Hospitality Works is an exciting national initiative, led by the Department for Work and Pensions and supported by the British Beer and Pub Association, Springboard and UKHospitality. It will take place across the Jobcentre Plus network from 14th

February

2019 for three weeks. The initiative aims to raise awareness of careers, opportunities and vacancies in the hospitality sector. Previous campaigns were endorsed by Fred Sirieix, general

manager of Galvin at Windows and presenter of Channel 4’s First Dates, who said: “The hospitality industry offers fantastic career prospects and opportunities. It has created exciting jobs for millions across the country and I know the Hospitality Works campaign will inspire wonderful careers.” Over 1,100 new employer relationships were

developed as a result of Hospitality Works 2018, resulting in more jobseekers moving into work in the sector.
