DOMOTEX INTERVIEW 24

HOW DID HE BUILD SUCH AN ONLINE FOLLOWING? WE PUT OURSELVES IN HIS SHOES TO FIND OUT

Photography | Sebastian Erras Words | Richard Burton

German photographer Sebastian Erras travelled the world shooting the most vibrant street scenes in cities such as Paris, Venice, London and Barcelona and, more recently, Havana. That was before he made a name for himself for the wildlife images he shot while an aspiring student in international marketing. But it was when he pointed his camera at his feet that he started to gain a real following. Here, we talk to the man behind the Instagram sensation that is Parisian Floors.

like the Louvre and admire all the incredible

paintings

SEBASTIAN: It’s very diffi cult for me to pick a single favourite fl oor, but in general I am a big fan of elaborate
