More than 150 well-known and established buyers from construction engineers to traders and distribution agents were online throughout the show and conducted 330 meetings with around 220 of the exhibition’s onsite exhibitors. The satisfaction rate of both exhibitors and buyers who took


part in the digital match-making was over 95 per cent. At the same time, virtual booth tours, online live streaming events and exhibition tours, coverage on social media including TikTok, Facebook, Twitter, Instragram, Youtube and LinkedIn exceeded 2,500,000 unique views in total. Five up-and-coming young interior designers from China joined


forces with international fl ooring brands in creating virtual reality interior spaces using fl ooring products from these exhibitors. During the exhibition, visitors could enter black blind boxes, and with special VR technology and physical material display, experience a new form of space design. As a general rising trend, real estate tends to favour the


integration, construction and installation both in terms of hard and soft decoration. Within this concept, relevant concurrent events took place in neighbouring exhibition Halls. An Interior Prefabricated Decoration (IPD) exhibition brought onsite well known domestic real estate developers, such as Jinmao and Jindi. They jointly presented a high-end vision combining the actual


construction of a prefabricated home complete with internal decoration. As a result, IPD, attracted a large number of contractors, developers, interior decorators and related suppliers onsite. Cadex once again featured design-themed events, showcasing the latest trends in interior design and architecture
