Sensor connector is key addition


Among the range of connectors showcased at this year’s show, the new M8 sensor connector is a key addition to its Sensor Connector portfolio, says Binder UK. The M8 signal cable connectors support efficient and reliable installations in sensor and actuator applications. Featuring snap- in quick locking they are now offered with three to six pins. They are suitable for industrial applications that require reliable signal transmission and are subject to installation space constraints. Straight, over-moulded M8 snap-in connectors have been added to the 718 product series. In addition to three- and four-pin models, these are now also available in five- and six-pin versions. They are available with either PUR or


PVC cables up to 2.0m or 5.0m standard lengths. Customised lengths can be realised on request. The locking mechanism does


not require any rotating elements, which makes the connectors easy to handle, says the company. The family-owned business is based in Neckarsulm, Germany and specialises in circular connectors. Its range includes innovative industrial connectors and sensor connectors. The company works with 45 distribution partners on five continents and employs 1,800 staff worldwide. Automation labelling speeds up production


Automated labelling can significantly increase the speed at which products, components, cables and even laboratory samples can be identified. Brady offers automated labelling, including industrial-grade labels, automated label printing software and automated print and apply systems.


The labels stay attached and remain legible in the work environment. They are automatically printed by smart label printing software while print and apply systems can be fully integrated and driven by existing data. A fully automated PCB labelling system can enable traceability and manufacturing data analysis without human interference. Automation


options include the BradyPrinter A8500 label printer applicator which automates PCB labelling and consistently prints and applies tiny polyimide labels that can resist the entire PCB production process. There is also the automated label feeder (ALF) which offers fast, efficient automated label feeding and can be implemented anywhere along the production line. There are also wraparound and flag labels which can be applied up to 10 seconds faster with automated cable identification systems. The company offers the Wraptor A6200 wrap printer applicator for wrap- around labels in cellular manufacturing and process-driven assembly. There is also the Wraptor A6500 wrap printer applicator which can identify cables with wrap-around labels in five seconds. The BradyPrinter A5500 flag printer applicator can increase production output by flagging cables in five seconds.

As part of its focus to create enclosures for a greener future, CamdenBoss will be showcasing a range of bespoke EV charging enclosures. With 50 years’ of industry


experience in design and manufacture, the UK company delivers custom fabricated enclosures, in plastic and metal, to customers worldwide. The fabrication process manipulates


flat sheet plastic to create the enclosure without the need for a mould tool. In-house design engineers take a design from concept to working prototype to volume manufacture. The company will also show a range of off-the-shelf enclosures and electromechanical components.
