Brand: Valley View Casino & Hotel Agency: Shoutlet
With 15 competing casinos in a 50-mile radius, Valley View Casino & Hotel needed
to differentiate themselves with a new strategy. They used Shoutlet’s Social Canvas and Contests to create and publish the ‘Share Your Story’ contest, asking customers to use social media to share their experiences of the venue. This allowed the company to gather powerful customer testimonials for attracting their target demographic, and also encouraged existing customers to engage with the brand. fi

Brand: The Fire Service College Agency: Capita Translation and Interpreting
In 2013 the Fire Service College
won a contract to deliver station commander training to 100 delegates from the Saudi Fire Service over a 12-week period. Capita TI helped them to source all required interpreters and, through an extensive consultation phase, were able to ensure that only linguists with the correct skill-sets were recruited.
