is a senior voice and text coach for that illustrious group); we’ve won an audience choice award at the Swindon Fringe for a piece of modern drama; we’ve seen past members of the company go on to amazing things in the world of theatre; we’ve welcomed over three hundred local actors, technicians and enthusiasts to the fold; we’ve entertained and delighted over twenty three thousand people – locals and holiday makers from as far afield as America and India – and we’re still here and not intending to go anywhere! And on that note, and to be a little more serious, while it might appear that everything is returning to normal - gigs happening again, theatres reopening, weddings taking place etc., we’re afraid it’s not the same for amateur theatre. Amateur theatre groups are
taking huge financial risks, but without YOU the shows are destined to lose money. It doesn’t take too many losses before these shows stop happening altogether, and amateur theatre groups with decades of history fold like a deck of cards. And we, as a company, are no
different: PLEASE get back into the habit of going to theatre if you can, wherever shows are put on. We’ve always needed you, but never more than right now. It really is a case of ‘use it or lose it’. We really hope you can join us
