CIMCOOL

introduces two new products for the European market

Milacron’s CIMCOOL Fluids Introduces a Brand New Metalworking Fluid; CIMPERIAL®

35-880 Engineered for the Global Aerospace Industry

Milacron Holdings Corp. (MCRN) has announced that its CIMCOOL brand have released a boron and formaldehyde releasing agent free product for extra heavy duty applications in the aerospace industry.

CIMPERIAL®

35-880 is a high performance emulsion suitable fluid for a number of heavy-duty machining and grinding operations. CIMPERIAL 35-880 is equipped with CIMCOOL’s unique CimShield®

Cimcool sees the challenge for the future in sustainability and ‘green production’. For these reasons Cimcool developed the new metalworking fluids based on renewable resources, which meet all the requirements of the modern production engineering environment.

Technology, which ensures product stability,

the pH buffering of the mix and provides excellent corrosion protection. CIMPERIAL 35-880 fluid is an excellent choice for the manufacture of aircraft components made from aluminum, titanium, steels, stainless steels, nickel-based alloys, and cobalt- based alloys.

CIMCOOL Global Technical Director, Tony Koolhaas stated, “CIMCOOL Fluid Technology recognises aerospace as one of the most technically driven industries in the world. CimShield Technology demonstrates our understanding of the global demands to create products that are boron and formaldehyde free while providing productivity gains in today’s most demanding aerospace applications.”

“CIMCOOL continues to innovate and change the way our customers think about fluids. CIMCOOL manufactures revolutionary fluid technology for the aerospace industry and is one of the most OEM approved fluid suppliers in this global market,” said Gerrit Jue, CIMCOOL Fluid Technology President.

Milacron’s CIMCOOL Fluids Introduces a Brand New High Performance Metalworking Fluid product line based on renewable resources; CIMCOOL®

BOTANICALS 22 LUBE MAGAZINE NO.139 JUNE 2017

PRODUCTS – EXCEEDING REQUIREMENTS Our Cimcool team has developed renewable resource based metalworking fluids that provide great lubricity. These fluids come from natural vegetable oils, and because of the unique care taken in formulating, they are also long lasting helping to reduce the impact on the environment. Many of the Cimcool Botanicals outperform competitive fluids that contain chlorine and mineral oil combinations.

CIMFREE®

SCIENCE AND NATURE WORKING TOGETHER Innovative metalworking fluid based on renewable vegetable oils. These high-performance emulsions are free of boron, nitrite, chlorine, formaldehyde releasers and are equipped with Cimcool’s unique CimShield Technology. This innovative technology will secure the product stability, the pH buffering of the mix and gives excellent corrosion protection.

The Milpro® VEG line consists of four straight cutting oils

based on renewable resources that provide great lubricity outperforming many mineral oil based products. The Milpro® VEG oils come from natural vegetable oils, and because of the unique care taken in formulating, they are long lasting, helping to reduce the impact on the environment. Milpro®

VEG are

suitable for ferrous and non-ferrous metals in a wide range of operations ranging from grinding, turning, milling to broaching.
