The judges felt FCM was embracing change with a massive investment in people and technology, while remaining totally customer focused.

Best Self-Booking Tool MINICABIT


Minicabit is the UK’s largest cab comparison website. Backed by mobile operator O2, it is also the official cab- booking platform for Heathrow and London City airports, Expedia and Visit Britain. More than 800 licensed cab operators in 300 UK towns and cities have joined the network with quotes provided on web and app platforms.


The judges described Minicabit as a really useful price comparison-booking tool. They were impressed by its UK network coverage, the bidding option and its suitability for a mobile workforce.

The judges felt Amy ticked all the boxes as an exceptionally driven individual with excellent feedback from clients.

Hannah Richardson joined KPMG in 2011, rising to become category manager for both travel and marketing as part of the procurement leadership team. She focuses on driving efficiencies and working in partnership with suppliers.


The judges described Hannah as outstanding. She has shown her ability to manage change in her challenging role.
