ANA is the largest airline in Japan by revenue and passenger numbers. It’s Japan’s only five-star airline, serving 87 international and 116 domestic routes. In 2016, ANA carried 52.1 million passengers with revenues of £11.5 billion. Part of Star Alliance since 1999, ANA operates joint ventures with United, Lufthansa, SWISS and Austrian Airlines.
The judges said ANA runs a CSR programme that goes above and beyond standard policies. Its Paralympics partnership was an excellent initiative

Best Ground Transportation Company
ADDISON LEE GROUP
Addison Lee Group delivers premium ground transport to passengers in cities across the globe. It is committed to safety and service, and prides itself on being trustworthy and reliable.
Addison Lee was the unanimous winner for the judges who felt the company was often overlooked as the workhorse of the ground transportation sector. They liked its focus on providing a high-quality and ethical service, impressive expansion and comprehensive training programme, as well as the scope of its operation.

Best Car Rental Company AVIS
One of the world’s best-known car rental brands in more than 180 countries, Avis is committed to making every aspect of the rental experience easy, enjoyable, productive and rewarding. The company offers a flexible range of options through three leading brands: Avis – premium car rental; Budget; and Zipcar – the world’s leading car sharing network.
The judges thought Avis’s entry was outstanding with well-structured account management teams, focus on efficiency for the customer, significant investment in innovation and a strong CSR policy.

Best Corporate Payment Provider AIRPLUS INTERNATIONAL
Some 49,000 corporate clients count on Airplus for the payment and analysis of their business trip costs. Products and services are marketed worldwide under the Airplus International brand with the Airplus Company Account the most successful central billing account based on UATP.
The judges felt Airplus International’s entry was impressive and a clever submission featuring bags of innovation with some revolutionary touches to enhance the user experience. It also demonstrated good stakeholder partnering and some excellent case studies. In short, a brilliant entry.

Best Rail Operator HEATHROW EXPRESS
Heathrow Express’ rail service provides the fastest route from London to Heathrow, with a journey time of 15 minutes to Terminals 2 and 3, and a few minutes more to Terminals 4 and 5. Launched in 1998, the service carries an average of 17,000 passengers per day. In 2017, it celebrated carrying its 100 millionth customer.
The judges said that Heathrow Express demonstrated good use of technology, impressive management information and a major focus on the corporate market.

Best Short-Haul Airline EASYJET
Easyjet was established in 1995 and has grown to become one of Europe’s leading short-haul airlines as well as a FTSE 100 company. The carrier now operates more than 840 routes to 140 airports in 31 countries with a fleet of 257 Airbus aircraft, and employs 10,000 staff. It carries more than 70 million passengers a year.
The judges said Easyjet had again demonstrated plenty of innovation. They liked its improved corporate offering, good CSR policies in its different markets, plus its impressive network, scheduling and pricing.
