Notice of Annual General Meeting
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the 59th ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING of the Institute will be held at Manchester Central Convention Complex (room 5 & 6), Petersfield, Manchester M2 3GX at 13:10pm on Tuesday 13th October 2026 to transact the following business:
This meeting is being held to transact the following business: 1. To receive the Minutes of the Annual General Meeting of 21st October 2025. 2. To receive a report from the President on the Institute’s achievements in the previous year. 3. To receive a report from the Chief Executive Officer about the Institute’s future.
4. To receive and consider the Annual Report and the audited Financial Statements for the year ended 31st December 2025.
5. To transact any special business of the Institute – Receive and approve the updated Articles of Association which replace all previous filings. To download a full copy of the Articles please go to

6. To appoint new Auditors and authorise Exexcutive Council to fix their remuneration. 7. To approve the Elections to Executive Council. 8. To handover the Presidency of the Institute.
9. To receive a report from the Institute’s incoming President on their priorities for the forthcoming year.
