Procedure: Weight the components of Phase A and heat at 70°C. Weigh the ingredients of Phase B and heat at 70°C. Add Phase B upon Phase A and emulsify gently. Then allow to cool at room temperature and with mild agitation. Add the active ingredient (Phase C) once the temperature of the blend is under 30°C. Then agitate softly under complete homogenisation.

Procedure: Combine Phase B ingredients and mill until homogeneous. Combine Phase A ingredients in a vessel. Heat to 80-85 °C and mix until uniform. Once homogenous, add Phase B to Phase A and mix. Pour into containers at approximately 80°C and cool. Properties Stability: Three months at room temperature, three months at 45°C, three freeze/thaw cycles.
