electronica 2026 to Showcase the “All Electric Society”
MUNICH, GERMANY — The international electronics indus- try will gather in Munich from November 10-13 for electronica 2026, bringing together technolo- gies, products and solutions from across the electronics value chain. Held every two years, the event will once again provide a
global meeting point for compo- nent manufacturers, equipment suppliers, engineers, developers and industry decision-makers. The central theme for 2026
is “Empowering the All Electric Society,” highlighting the role electronics will play in a future built around increasingly electri-
fied, connected and sustainable systems. Three major focus areas — artificial intelligence, cyber resilience and energy efficiency — will run throughout the exhi- bition and supporting program. Visitors will be able to
explore a broad range of sectors, including semiconductors, elec-

FRISCO, TX — The EOS/ESD Association will host the 48th Annual EOS/ESD Symposium & Exhibits September 28-30, 2026, at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Dallas Frisco Hotel & Convention Center. The event will bring together specialists working on electrostatic dis- charge, electrical overstress and related reliability challenges affecting electronic components, systems and manufacturing environments. The technical program
includes paper sessions, interac- tive seminars, networking oppor- tunities and an exhibition fea-
turing suppliers of ESD control products and technologies. Topics span device-level protec- tion, charged-device model test- ing, system-level ESD, manufac- turing process assessment, mod- eling and emerging approaches to analysis. A major program highlight
will be a keynote by University of Texas at Dallas professor Mehrdad Nourani on deep neu- ral networks and transfer learn- ing for ESD data analysis and simulation. The presentation will examine how machine-learn- ing techniques can be applied when real-world laboratory data
