Adaptsys Shows Inline Taping and Inspection
Systems HAMPSHIRE, UK — At SMTA Guadalajara 2026, Adaptsys will be showing its Re-flex inline car- rier tape forming system along- side its 3DInspect carrier tape inspection platform, giving at- tendees a closer look at how the two solutions can be used on their own or as part of a connect- ed process. Re-flex is designed to form
embossed carrier tape inline, as part of the tape-and-reel process, eliminating the need for pre- manufactured tape. The system can be integrated into existing production environments and, with an optional API, connected to MRP systems for data ex- change and traceability. Also featured is 3DInspect,
an automated inspection system that replaces manual carrier tape checks with consistent measure- ment and reporting. The system simplifies documentation by gen- erating Certificates of Confor - mance in a fraction of the time, while improving repeatability. While the two systems are
