TORRANCE, CA — Seika Mach - inery is showcasing a range of innovative products for electronics manufacturing, including the Say - aka CT23S router, Malcom RCX profiler, Malcom dip-tester, Sawa ultrasonic SC-500HE portable stencil cleaner, Unitech PCB cleaner, and Kyowa strain gage tester. The Sayaka CT23S is a
state-of-the-art PCB router de - signed for precision and efficiency in depaneling processes. The Malcom RCX profiler provides real-time data acquisition and analysis for reflow soldering processes. This tool enables man- ufacturers to optimize soldering conditions, ensuring high-quality results and enhanced production efficiency. The Malcom dip-tester is a versatile instrument for evaluat-
MLCCs FOUNTAIN INN, SC — KYOCERA AVX has released the new ultra-low-ESR KGU series C0G (NP0) RF multilayer ceramic chip capacitors (MLCCs). Inspired by growing communications mar- ket demand for smaller RF capac- itors that deliver repeatable RF performance, the new KGU series RF MLCCs pack multiple per- formance advantages optimized for communications applications into four miniature EIA chip sizes ranging from 01005 to 0805. The series features Class I
C0G (NP0) ceramic dielectric materials, which are one of the most stable capacitor dielectrics available and essentially zero voltage coefficient, and base metal electrodes made of copper plated with a tin/nickel alloy which deliv- er high capacitance-voltage (CV) capabilities in small case sizes. It also exhibits ultra-low
equivalent series resistance (ESR), high power, high Q, high self-resonant frequencies (SRF), and tight tolerances — all of which are beneficial for countless communications applications. KGU Series RF MLCCs are
currently available in four minia- ture EIA chip sizes (01005, 0402, 0603, and 0805) and rated for 16 to 250V, 0.1 to 100 pF, tolerances as low as ±0.05 pF, and operating temperatures extending from –40
to +257°F (–40 to +125°C). Contact: KYOCERA AVX,

ing solder paste and flux per- formance. It offers accurate measurements of wetting force and spread, helping manufactur- ers maintain high standards of solderability and process control. The Sawa ultrasonic SC-
500HE utilizes ultrasonic waves for thorough and gentle cleaning of stencils. Its portable design makes it ideal for on-site cleaning needs, ensuring stencils are free of contaminants. The Unitech PCB Cleaner effectively removes contaminants and residues from PCBs, ensuring optimal perform-
ance and reliability. Its advanced cleaning technology is designed to
handle delicate PCB components with care. The Kyowa Strain Gage
tester is an essential tool for meas- uring and analyzing strain in elec- tronic components. It provides pre- cise data that is crucial for quality control and ensuring the reliabili-
ty of electronic products. Contact: Seika Machinery, Inc., 21241 S. Western Avenue,
