New Low-Power Display for Mobile Devices from DISPLAY VISIONS

SAINT PAUL, MN — A newly developed 2.4-inch TFT color dis- play is particularly suitable for mobile use due to its low energy consumption. It requires only 10 mA power consumption at 3.3V and shows sharp contrasts even in sunlight. With the EA TFT024- 23ATNN, DISPLAY VISIONS

ated both in color and in black and white. As a transflective dis- play, it also uses the incident light for a high-contrast display in addition to the integrated backlight. Even in bright sun- light, the display can therefore be clearly read from wide angles. The resolution of the 2.4 inch

display is 240 x 320 RGB pixels. It is connected to the driver electronics via an FPC cable. In addition to the standard RGB interface, a pin-saving four-wire SPI interface and a parallel µC data bus with 8- or 16-bit width are available. For SMD mounting,

GmbH has a particularly econom- ical color display for use in mobile devices in its range. It is very easy to read both with and without backlight. Without backlight, the power consumption is only 35 mW. During an eight-hour work- ing day, this burdens a LiPo bat- tery with no more than 75 mAh. The positive TFT panel with a white background can be oper-

iNRCORE released the first BMS transformer, RA1055NL, with AEC-Q200 qualification. To com- plement this product and expand upon the offering, iNRCORE has released seven new BMS trans- formers: RA1058NL, RA1059NL, RA1060NL, RA1061NL, RA1062 - NL, RA1063NL and RA2055NL. iNRCORE’s BMS transfor -

mers resolve the key customer pain point of open failure at wire termination by using spot welding and adding post soldering process- es. Once coil wound, wires are spot welded to terminals, which melts enamel wires to leads. Post solder- ing then prevents oxidation. Together these processes deliver a very robust connection. The new BMS transformers

provide safety isolation and EMI noise suppression. They support serial daisy chain, isoSPI, SPI, and other applications. The transformers have an operating temperature of –40 to +257°F (–40 to +125°C). To ensure quali- ty,
