CHEEKTOWAGA, NY — Ham - mond has introduced the IP68 1550ZF range, flanged versions of all 18 sizes in the well-established 1550Z rugged thick wall heavy duty die-cast enclosure family. The full-size flange is spot-welded to the base to give a very strong and smooth mounting plate for use when the units are secured to a surface. The tongue and
groove design and a pre- formed one-piece silicone rubber gasket gives the IP68 environmental pro- tection so the enclosures are ideal for installation in environments where dust and water will be present. They are UL and cUL Listed
and have been independently tested to IP66, IP67 and IP68 and they are also rated to NEMA Type 4, 4X, 12 and 13. All sizes except the smallest have an impact rating of IK08. Depending on the size, the
