Throughout the summer months, Central State University played host to uniquely-designed STEM camps for elementary to high school students. From day camps to residential stays, CSU offered four challenging,


fun programs


that explore facets of Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics, and promote positive


youth development through experiential learning.


RESEARCH & EXTENSION APPRENTICE PROGRAM (REAP)


June 16-June 28


Research & Extension Apprentice Program (REAP) is a free, two- week, academic, and residential camp for rising 9th, 10th, 11th, and 12th graders.


DISCOVERY DAY CAMP CSU-XENIA July 15-18 9 a.m.-4 p.m.


Central State University Extension’s Discovery Day Camp is an engaging youth summer program for rising 3rd, 4th, and 5th graders.


VERIZON INNOVATIVE LEARNING PROGRAM June 10-28


This program begins with a one- week STEM day camp followed by a two-week residential camp for minority males entering 6th, 7th, or 8th grade in the fall of 2019 and continues to meet two Saturdays each month throughout the academic year.
