RELATIONSHIPS FUEL A RENAISSANCE


This fall, McPherson Memorial Stadium, following the football season, will undergo renovations to year-round athletic events thanks to SodexoMAGIC.

The University’s food service provider has contributed $1.3 million to fund upgrades to the stadium, including the addition of a weather-resistant synthetic field and track surface.


Although this is SodexoMAGIC’s largest


University by monetary contribution


to date, the company has had a 12-year partnership with Central State


offering


internships for current students and careers for graduates.

continue to serve more students,” said Jeff Ervin, SodexoMAGIC district manager. “We’re definitely strong believers in CSU’s mission and vision for the future. There’s a special place in our hearts for this University.”


SodexoMAGIC isn’t the only supporter that holds a special place in their heart for CSU. Earvin “Magic” Johnson also personally donated $1 million. Both are ardent believers in the mission and vision of the University and believe in continued support. “We’re very thankful for the support from Mr. Johnson and SodexoMAGIC,” said Jahan Culbreath, vice president, Division of Institutional Advancement. “When complete, the improvements to the stadium will spur recruitment efforts and benefit countless CSU students
