Customers and clients are constantly impressed with the i-mop’s versatility and manoeuvrability, allowing them to clean areas previously difficult to access with traditional cleaning equipment. This not only enhanced overall facility cleanliness but also improved safety and hygiene.
Our i-centre has been used by colleagues, clients and customers as a real centre of excellence, allowing visitors to experience the range, hands on. We’re extremely proud of the journey so far and excited about where the range can take us.
How does i-team support you in driving your business?
i-team is unsurpassed in its approach to customers, distributor partners and colleagues and we’re proud to be a part of that. We’ve adopted many of i-team’s key principles in the day-to-day operation of our company, allowing us to be different. With regular launches of innovative products, marketing collateral and support on the ground, there’s feeling that with this range we have a real manufacturer- supplier partnership.
We have a local, national and international approach with i-team by utilising the facilities in Liverpool and Eindhoven as required; a real differentiator in this market. No matter the end user client, i-team has a solution. The UK i-team member network has experience they’re willing to share, and this experience and shared best practice affords us many opportunities to learn from one another to solve customer enquiries quicker.
What future impact do you anticipate from i-team products?
i-team is constantly looking to challenge cleaning industry norms, focusing on the real areas of concern for customers, addressing them and allowing us to share the solutions with products that we know will work.
Products are in the pipeline that will continue to revolutionise the industry, and we’re excited about the opportunities this will afford us and where we can take this. i-team listen to what customers need, allowing
us to constantly stretch the perception of what can be achieved in our industry, to continue to modernise and look at solutions for the greater good of operators. This approach fits perfectly with that of our business, and we’re excited for what the future holds.
What is the biggest challenge in transitioning the cleaning industry from traditional methods to i-mop technology?
The industry needs to understand exactly where it is and be realistic on what can be achieved if it doesn’t modernise. We fear for where we will be if companies don’t adopt the latest machinery, which is safer, better for operators and ultimately delivers cleaner results. Clients want more for less, the current industry workforce is aging and the work is labour intensive.
Companies need to think how they will attract the next generation of operatives if they don’t offer the very latest equipment and technologies. We can prove that i-team products don’t cost, they pay, and we have every confidence in their performance. Businesses that adopt this range see the results, can do more for less and importantly have more time to focus on cleaning other key areas while the i-team range takes care of larger open spaces.
