In this regular feature, we introduce you to official i-team embassy members. This issue, it’s the turn of Newhall Janitorial. About i-team

Wray Bros

Newhall Janitorial was originally part of John Hall Group, operating independently since 1988. Originally founded by Ian and Jane Hall, the business was sold to Nic Hunt and Stuart Powell in May 2017. Stuart Powell along with his wife Sian conducted a management buyout in May 2023, taking full ownership from 1 June 2023.

Working close together with end users, i-team disrupts the norm and works towards one objective: to move cleaning away from being a chore and make it a happier experience, one that’s faster, cleaner, greener, safer and better.

With an established UK Embassy in Liverpool and a focused distribution network of regional Embassy members, we bring the experience to hundreds of clients, customers and i-users every day. We don’t stop at the box at the door, and invite our customers to our experience centres which are found in 10 locations around the UK.

Our social responsibility remains key to the future of the world, and at i-team we are proud ambassadors of the Made Blue Organisation, helping to make the world a better place by mirroring our water saved with our i-mops litre by litre. We’re also on our way to B-Corp certification very soon.

We saw the i-mop in 2014 at ISSA Interclean Amsterdam and were immediately struck by its aesthetics, ease of use and cleaning power. Newhall Janitorial had existing relationships with machine manufacturers and the fit wasn’t quite right for us back then. We had another meeting in December 2020 and the decision was made to become the i-team embassy for Wales. This was a proud moment for our business as we strongly believed that the fit was perfect. The whole i-team portfolio was exactly what we wanted our business to strive towards. The strength of brand, expertise in the field and marketing were the best we’ve ever seen, and we were excited to be part of this.

The i-mop has revolutionised the way our business advises our customers on cleaning tasks, bringing us closer to them and immediately changed the perception of Newhall Janitorial as a leading cleaning machinery supplier in Wales. It allowed us to invest in infrastructure, additional resource and enhance our vehicle fleet.
