Churchill lands Harbour Exchange contract
Cleaning firm Churchill has secured a three-year contract with grade A office space providers, Harbour Exchange, following a tender process.
Based in the prestigious South Quay area of London, Harbour Exchange is a prominent commercial campus comprised of 10 modern buildings that feature state-of-the- art facilities and flexible office spaces to accommodate a range of businesses. Churchill will provide services to three areas: HX1 and HX2 towers, and Harbour Exchange Square Waterside Campus.
One of the key reasons for Churchill’s win was its commitment to its people, best demonstrated by its Employee-owned Trust status. Harbour Exchange was also impressed by Churchill’s accredited training and development programmes to its cleaning operatives. Another contributing factor was how Churchill’s teams become part of the community in the buildings they work in – evidenced in other contracts in the Canary Wharf area.
Starting in October 2024, Churchill will provide both horizontal and vertical cleaning, washroom services, pest control and planned preventative maintenance. A team of 13 cleaners and support staff will work on this project. Churchill’s Account Director, Charles Walden, will be leading the contract, supported by a dedicated account manager who has been working with Harbour Exchange for the past seven years.
Charles said: “Harbour Exchange is an exciting and prestigious client. As a provider that is well accustomed to the Canary Wharf area, we will ensure the best results for The Harbour Exchange and the surrounding communities.
